The brickwork for Ladyz ‘n’
Gentlemen was laid down by Sabby &
Vishal.- both graduates in hotel management,
catering technology & applied nutrition having vast
experience in the hospitality industry in various hotels/
pubs/ restrobars in India & abroad.
Sabby started his bartending career with
the Patiala peg (Hotel Imperial) under the able guidance
of Ranvir Singh Tuli (him being a master at his craft.)
Patiala peg- the most happening place in Delhi in its
time & known for the innovative style of its bar team
was where Sabby learnt all the nuances of the trade &
won lots of accolades.
Vishal started off with the Taj Mahal-
Bombay as a management trainee & later on worked as
a Sr. Bartender with a leading Mediterranean cruise- liner.
Vishal was the first ever Indian bartender for the M.S.C.
Sabby & Vishal then joined heads
in the year 2002 & conceived Ladyz ‘n’
Gentlemen. Since its inception, Ladyz
‘n’ Gentlemen has been one of the
fastest growing bar management/ beverage consultancy companies
having a very vast client base in the northern Indian
sector.
Here it is also worth mentioning that Ladyz ‘n’
Gentlemen also has conceptionalised the beverage
menus for various bars/ restaurants & also trained
their staff at various levels.
We would also be inviting guest faculty from time to time
which would include seasoned professionals from all the
walks of the hospitality industry. |
