The fully equipped state of the art bar at our institute
allows the students to get a hands on experience
at working in any bar anywhere in the world. The
bar is at par with any modern bar with speed rails,
ice bins, chillers and |

blenders to allow the students to learn speed bartending
techniques. We also simulate a complete bar enviroment
with music, lighting etc.
We emphasize on free pouring techniques using the 285
pourers & the soft pourers to facilitate correct speed
bartending techniques.
There is a separate flare training area lined with rubber
mats to ensure unhindered juggling / flare practice.
The classroom is equipped with audio-visual aid &
proper teaching facilities.
There is also a library having books covering all the
aspects of the industry. |
